For employees of Qld Department of Education,  Catholic Education Office, Townsville and Toowoomba payment by payroll deduction each fortnight is preferred, if possible. Just include your payroll number on the membership form; or you can pay by cheque. Enclose a cheque for the required amount and forward to the address given below.
