The AWE supports education as a career path for women both informally and through formal programs such the leadership program for women leaders and aspirants. The duration of the program is 6 months, commencing with a 3 day residential, followed by a 2 day follow up 6 months later. Participants engage in an experiential, practical program, strengthening and sustaining their learning transfer over 6 months through a reflective learning process, and the support of experienced facilitators, mentors and professional learning network.
