National Girls and ICT Project

Building sustainable networks for young women and ICTs throughout Australia: A 2006-2007 national Girls and ICT Project of the AWE

The Assocation of Women Educators was awarded a grant through the Australian Government's Office for Women’s Women’s Leadership Development Program. The project, Building sustainable networks for young women and ICTs throughout Australia will:

  • Support and strengthen local networks to coordinate successful events for girls, teachers and parents. The events will promote the use and study of ICTs for girls.
  • Build on existing successful Girls and ICTs initiatives.
